As part of their bold refresh of their Fruit Snack portfolio, General Mills turned to Gen Z experts Made Music Studio once again, after their successful sonic branding for Nature Valley, Totino’s Pizza Rolls, and Yoplait.
The Gushers brand represents a weird, bold, and surprising burst of flavor, defying the norms and ready for adventure. They’re the 12-sided fruit snack that is unapologetic about letting the inside out.
To reach their age 17-18 audience, we created an experience that broke free from the monotony of routine and was as unique and interesting as them. Beginning with a miniature “burst” of sound to capture your attention, “The Burst” leans into self-expression, capturing the bold and powerful inner life of a teen.
